We have started implementing food markets at a handful of corporate parks in the Dublin area. With delicious food from our vendors and live entertainment, we hope to foster a community among the workers of these parks and create a positive working environment.
We manage events, marketing, communication, and customer experience for a number of retail and commercial parks in Ireland. Our approach is to try and think what the customer wants and how it the experience will benefit all in the end. Shea has worked in the Events Industry for over 20 years. Having started in the music industry as a Sound and Audio Engineer before he went on to manage a number of venues in Ireland. He set up a music talent management company and Tour agency in Ireland in the early 2001. He has secured record and touring deals in a number of territories and has had success with artists reaching the top of the charts. Having worked on large scale events Shea noticed that there was room for improvement in the industry. His practical approach along with his very creative thinking has secured a number of long time clients who have moved with him as the journey develops. He says “if you are looking for balloons and cupcakes you won’t find it here!, but if you want something new and exciting we can definitely arrange that”.
Alan trained with PWC before working with a range of companies over the past twenty years where he held a wide range of roles as CFO. He has experience in purchasing and selling a range of companies over the past decade. Alan brings the practical side to the business which is so important for the event industry. Not letting clients run away with themselves and keeping an eye on our creative team insures that we stay within budget.
Bernard has worked in many industries over his career including Banking, FMCG, Gym / snooker hall owner, Golf promotions and for the last thirteen years as General Manager with one of Irelands premier exhibition companies. Making all events as stress free as possible for our clients is what he does best. “One of the most rewarding things in life is to always put a smile on someone's face”.
Hannah recently graduated from DCU with a B.Sc. in Multimedia. She is passionate about design and all things digital. Hannah is working at 1 Plus on social media, marketing, client liaison and everything in between!
Paula is a graduate of Journalism and International Relations from Nebrija University in Madrid and also holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from Dublin Institute of Design. She is an events enthusiast and loves nothing more than to put together an event that makes people smile. Her experience ranges from communications and events management to bespoke graphic design. Paula also has a background working in startup environments which have allowed her to develop a cool, calm and collected approach. No problem is too big and and no target is unattainable! Paula also has a passion for music, media, international relations, exercise, and anything food related.
Milena Boni is a Product and Graphic Designer. She has a B.A and a Master Degree in Product Design for Innovation from the School of Design – Politecnico di Milano, complimented by two internships. Her researches look to a minimalist style and at the same time sustainable. The experience gained thanks to the working periods spent outside Italy allows her to be very versatile and open to new adventures, with special attention to the Start-ups world.
